Happy Hump Day Friends ! 

I know that some of your children have already gone back to school. My son started his 2nd year college classes today and the girls will be heading back in a couple weeks.Iknow some of you moms feel like I do when I say ” IT”S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR !!!!

Don’t get me wrong, I love having them for the Summer and doing fun things, but I also love the fresh start that a new school season brings! 

Since my son is staying close to campus, I wanted to create a space for the girls that they could do homework in. So, I decided to create an organized, yet pretty and functional homework station. I’m over at Polished Habitat  today sharing the details of the station and a few supply list for your elementary, middle and high school babies.

DIY Cleaners  So I make my own cleaners from time to time. I have two that I use consistently one has antibacterial properties because it has vodka in it. I have adapted them from Clean Mama. The recipes are below :  Lavender & Lemon Antibacterial Cleaner 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup vodka (excellent germ-killing properties) 10 drops lavender essential oil 10 drops lemon essential oil 1 1/2 cups water (distilled or boiled and cooled) Mix all the ingredients together and put in a glass bottle or clear bottle of your choice.
