Hey Friends!

I’m pretty sure you’re all asking the same question, which is, what is She Does a Bunch all about? Well I’m glad you asked!  When I first started doing event planning, I always thought that there was always something more that I should be doing. Well little did I know that I actually was doing precisely what I was supposed to be doing which was being a wife and mom. I was going through some things and was trying to realign myself with the things that are important in my life. I was also looking for a way to share my experiences and love for all things pertaining to wifehood and motherhood, in hopes that through my sharing someone would be uplifted or inspired…

And then it happened… Not out of sheer coincidence but birthed through the pain of what I had been dealing with. I looked through that pain and saw something that I believe God had destined for me to see. He wanted me to discover what He had given me, right then and in that moment. My voice, my place of sharing, inspiring and encouraging. That was it! It all made perfect sense. Combine your love for your marriage, family and home, with your love of parties and all other things cute… and there She Does a Bunch was born!

You see I’ve always felt that I had a story to tell not only through my events that I plan, but through my life in general. I love planning events but before I am an event planner, I’m called to be a wife and mom. Just like you, home is precisely where my heart is. I love to execute and design a lovely event but I also love  planning meals. I love to carefully coordinate the details of a party but I’m just as eager to do the same for coordinating home cleaning and projects around the house . See we’re not that different at all! In fact, we’re a lot alike. We love beautiful things, cute girly stuff and making our house a home. Target and Home Goods and ANY craft store are some of our favorite happy places!  This is going to be a wonderful journey and I hope that you will follow along. It is my hope that I say or post something to inspire you to be the best possible wife and or mom you can be! After all where would our family be if not for all the chicks that do a bunch!

Don’t get me wrong I am undoubtedly a party throwing girl! You will still see that here, but along with that you’ll also see other things to inspire you and give you some ideas such as home décor, recipes and just girl stuff in general!

I would ask that you be patient with me as I am BRAND SPANKING NEW to this whole blogging world, but its a challenge that I eagerly embrace and accept. I’m just glad you’re going with me!
