If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen the Margherita Pizza I posted the other day. It was so yummy, that I just had to share with you how to make it!

So let me give you some background. My kids recently told me they didn’t want me to make spaghetti anymore because it was “too basic”, Do what?!? How is anything I make basic, I asked them. They said spaghetti is the most basic thing you make and we don’t want it anymore. I almost got offended when I realized my husband and I have always exposed our kids to different types of food. Even when they were small. So the fact that their palettes have “outgrown” spaghetti is interesting to say the least! So if they don’t want “basic spaghetti” anymore FINE!! I just won’t make it anymore, I guess (RIGHT!!) ! And for the record, my spaghetti was NEVER basic!! My sauce is always made from scratch & its made with love!! What more could you want?!?

Anyways, I know how to move on when something isn’t working. So when I was menu planning, I asked them how they felt about grilling pizza. They were all for it! We’ve made pizza before but I try to do as much grilling as I can, especially in warmer weather. It makes clean up easy & everything just taste better on the grill!
