Hello again Friends!
As promised I’m back with a easy DIY tutorial for a floral Easter Basket!
I know that I said I would have two baskets but I think I’m just going to wait until tomorrow & show you how to make the other basket. As I stated these baskets are so simple to do! Below is a list of supplies that you’ll need. You can either use a basket you have around the house or if you have an Easter basket from last year, you can repurpose that! (Score on saving money!!)
If you’re anything like me, you probably already have them on hand! Don’t judge me!!
– 10-15 silk floral stems or a floral bush ( whichever you prefer )
– a small & cheap basket
– scissors
– glue gun & glue stick
Now here is the tricky part. Are you ready?
– Take the flowers off the stem, you may have to cut down the plastic piece that’s in the center.
– Place some hot glue on the back ( BE CAREFUL THE GLUE IS HOTTT!!!)
– Position the flowers on the basket in anyway you desire
– Place a cute pin or paper butterfly in the center on a flower.
And VOILA!! You’ve got you a chic floral Easter basket that you made all by yourself!! Fill with some of the contents that I listed here and your girl is going to love it!!
All of the supplies that you see here can be purchased at your local craft store. I decided to go to Michaels since they have pretty Spring flowers!
Let me know if you found this helpful also if you plan on joining the fun!
Until tomorrow,
Happy Crafting Friends!
Nicole
