Good Afternoon Friends!

I hope that all of you had an awesome Easter weekend filled with joy and family love!

I am back as promised with a tutorial for you to make your own Chic DIY PinBoard!

If you follow me on Instagram and I hope that you do, then you’ll remember that I gave you a little sneak peek of this super easy project a week ago!

I’m so excited to give you the instructions ( Hence all the exclamation points! ) so that you can make one for yourself! So here goes!

Supplies You’ll Need:

– A frame of your choice ( I used a open frame that I bought from Hobby Lobby )

– Corkboard & cardboard cut to the size of the back of your frame

– White or your color choice of spray paint

– Spray adhesive & Hot glue gun

– Furniture nails or furniture brads

– 1 Yard of your choice of fabric

First start off by spraying your frame outdoors please! Allow it to dry the recommended time.

Take your hot glue gun and adhere the cardboard to the back of the corkboard.

Use spray adhesive to secure fabric around the corkboard. Be sure that you do this part in sections to straighten out any bubbles that may try to appear. Take your time and do this please!

Wrap the edges of your fabric around the board just like you would a present.

Once your board is wrapped and dried, cut off any access ends.

Take your fabric wrapped board and use your hot glue gun to secure in place around the front edges of your frame.

Take your furniture nails and place them in the design that you like around the board. I decided to place mine all the way around the perimeter. You may have to do this in stages. Your thumbs will thank you!!

Then you’re done! Hang your Chic DIY PinBoard wherever you like and begin using it to keep project inspiration, important dates and inspirational quotes with cute pins!
